June 1991 was the first time I ever went on a plane. It was a Monarch Airlines plane to Athens, Greece. Before that, I had visited France (Boulogne, Calais, Dieppe) on the ferry, and Guernsey, Channel Islands again by ferry, when I was a child. Bruges, Belgium (1993), by overnight ferry from Felixstowe May 1997 - Marrakech, Morocco (also Ouazarzate, El Kelaa, Fes, Casablanca) September 1999 - Los Angeles, U.S.A., and San Francisco November 2000 - Los Angeles, U.S.A. (liked it so much, went back again!) |

May 2001 - Cannes, France for the World Perfumery Congress 2001 April 2002 - Amsterdam, The Netherlands to visit Floriade 2002 July 2003 - Paris, France by Eurostar August 2003 - Prague, Czech Republic, then on to Krakow, Poland by train, and Vienna, Austria by train June 2004 - Cannes, France for the World Perfumery Congress 2004 July 2004 - Salzburg, Austria, to visit Berchtesgaden, Germany, then on to Munich, Germany by train, and back to Salzburg |
